Rosalie has 6 years of experience in research and more than 15 years of experience in project management. As a researcher, she has participated in several research projects where she acquired skills in data collection and analysis (qualitative and quantitative).

She has worked in projects to empower women and fight against sexual and gender-based violence, which motivated her to specialize in gender and development.
