Eshetu has more than 17 years of national and international development experience and specializes in conducting high level regional and national policy studies, evaluations, and baselines; developing monitoring and evaluation systems; and facilitating M&E capacity building for INGO staff members. He has led more than 20 evaluations, research, and feasibility assessments and has extensive experience in East Africa and Asia.
