Background

Informed International worked with World Vision International to create digital monitoring tools and a corresponding electronic monitoring system (MEQA) for World Vision’s Unlock Literacy program. To support capacity building for the platform, Informed developed a corresponding 36-page operational guidance for field offices to assist staff in understanding operational requirements, how to monitor each of the education project models (including Unlock Literacy) and to manage the overall platform.

  1. Create series of monitoring tools that walk field staff through data collection, observation, and stakeholder interviews.

  2. Create electronic platform that uses monitoring tool results to present real-time data to inform evidence-based decision-making.
